For decades, research has shown that kids have better educational outcomes when their parents, families, and communities are actively involved in the life of the school—attendance increases, grades are higher, test scores improve.

The purpose of the PTA is to serve as a forum where the community can engage in discussions with teachers and administrators on ways to promote quality education, encourage community involvement, and work to create a healthy educational environment for every child.
